Responsibilities:
Responsible for sales & marketing activities for sales in wire mesh and filtration area.
Develop business operation plan and sales strategy within designated territories that align with company sales goals and profitability
Research markets with designated territories, identifying new customers and developing business
Maintain and delivering existing and new customers to maximize sales and develop marketing activities as need to drive sales
Ensure the proper selection of customers in each territory with stockholding capability, good customer service through regular market visit
Develop, deliver and co-ordinate effective distributions and marketing programs with customer, including market and competitor intelligence gathering, exhibitions, product trainings and other promotional activities and assist with product development and test marketing of new products within designated territories.
Conduct regular reviews on sales performances, sales forecasts and coaching to sales team
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or higher in any related field
5 years experience in international sales preferably building material supply related and distributor management
Have a high level of initiative and self-motivation, willing to travel frequently and work during odd hours
Good command of spoken and written English preferably multilingual
Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
