KPZ-Microdur mesh / reverse twilled dutch weave
KPZ-Microdur meshes or TRD or RTDW meshes were developed for applications requiring optimized mechanical properties of filter meshes.
Higher mechanical stability due to twilled weave pattern
This involves plain twilled dutch weaves that have been modified by using a twilled weave pattern in such a way that a substantially higher stability is achieved.
Boegger's state-of-the art weaving technology guarantees in respect of these meshes:
Uniform pore size distribution and maximum pore stability
High flow rates
Narrow tolerance fields in the pore dimensions
Areas in which they are applied are the precoat filtration based on horizontal pressure leaf filters and centrifuges, continuous polymer filters and sand control screens.
